@UpNorthGorgy Well, the social team response was good - offered a full refund minus the return fee. I asked if I could have the as is price, and they agreed. I wash all my purchases before wearing, but the return slip said it was washed and too baggy. They look fine, are not dirty, so I agreed to the as is price. Any as is that I have purchased before was always brand new. The as is price was almost 50% off. I just don't think returns should be sold as new. Things happen. I did have a choice on the return. The item was jeans. I would not have kept it if it was intimates or swimwear.

I got the same message this morning. I haven't used my Q card/account since April. I checked my account, but do not see anything.

Check your credit card account! That is where you'll find any odd charges.

So far I havn't received any notification. I always delete my CC info after each purchase though.
