I haven't bought anything from Q either. Anything I might be interested in is less expensive elsewhere...real sale prices, huge discounts with promo codes, free shipping, and free returns.

I have never received any offer from the Q except for easy pay offers which mean nothing to me as I do not use it.

At this point I do not shop at the Q and I cannot see that changing any time soon.

i got that gift e-mail, too. I think it's a nice thing to do. Some will use it and some won't, for what ever reason. I think to bad mouth, a retail store, because they weren't generous enough for you, shows a low-class, whiny attitude.

I've been a customer since DAY ONE ...  over THIRTY SIX YEARS and have spent A LOT.   I must have MISSED IT in my mail...   how could they not send me something too!!!!!!!

@Mersha it might not work.  The small print at the bottom of the page says it is "not transferable".

I do get multiple emails about items I have looked at , as well as the tsv products.

I also receive snail mails from the Q, but again never any coupons, free items, or even samples in my multiple purchases each month.

I just got an email offering $15 off $50 but, only if I order through the app.

I don't have the app on my desktop or phone.  I might download it to my iPad, but I'll see if there's anything I want first.

The only thing is, I got the email with the same issue as all of the Q's lately:  nothing shows for any of the images.  Just the little boxes where the images should be.

At least this time there was text at the bottom of the screen explaining the offer, otherwise I wouldn't have known and would've just deleted it as usual.

i watch but I have not made a Q purchase in over 10 years. I do buy from HSN.
