Interesting.  She doesn't really say anything earth shattering however--she changed her eating habits.  Although, she says she lost 40 pounds??!!  No way---she lost way more than that---probably twice that, if not more.

@ChillyTulip Do you know Leah on a personal level, that you know for a fact that she lost more than 40 pounds. Shouldn’t post untruths!

@Lipstickdiva  Thanks for taking the time to post this for us to see.

Everyone (myself included) wondered how Leah lost the weight.

She's such a class act.  I really enjoy watching her on QVC.

She's so bubbly on her Saturday morning show.  I enjoyed seeing the more quiet side of her.

She's just a pleasure to watch.

I think Leah is a lovely woman - before and after the weight loss.  Hard to believe that anyone would do an interview about their weight loss and not be totally honest.  I'm a believer that if she had any surgery, she woulnd't put herself on a You Tube video, only to not come forward with the truth.

Thanks for sharing. I enjoyed listening to Leah. She does look like she lost more than 40 lbs though but what would I know.

You can definitely lose weight that fast if you cut sugar & flour IMO.

Marie Osmond says I think she lost 50 lbs in the NutriSystem commercial. She looks like she lost more than 50 lbs.

I'm just not good at judging how much someone lost by looking at them.

At any rate they both look great.

I liked the video of Antonella cooking pasta with Lisa plus Antonella's other videos. She's such a sweetheart.

I believe Leah because that is the way I did it. Marie Osmond lost her weight when she was on Dancing with the Stars. I read where she lost 35pounds; so a small amount was from Nutrisystem.

Re: Getting Real with Leah Williams

I recently lost 30 lbs. I did it the same way.  I kept a food diary.  I also eliminated carbs such as bread pasta etc. It took many months, but the weight came off.  I am also not a big exerciser.

Yes, it's all about your calorie intake. Walking is good  for you, especially at Leah's age and I'm like Leah, I do not enjoy vigorous exercise. I have an idea she pretty much starved herself to lose that much weight so quickly. I noticed a dramatic weight loss in her in 3 months, not 6 months. It was smart of her to do that video, I think she wanted fans to stop talking about the weight loss and move on.
