For those interested, there is a video that just hit YouTube where Leah Williams talks about her weightloss.
This is a segment called Getting Real and Q has done a segment with a few of the hosts that are more personal and/or behind the scenes things. Hopefully the link I posted work. I would also think Leah may have the link posted on her social media.

Thanks so much for posting this link @Lipstickdiva.
Very, very interesting.

Thanks for posting this. Leah looked fantastic before and now.

Interesting. She doesn't really say anything earth shattering however--she changed her eating habits. Although, she says she lost 40 pounds??!! No way---she lost way more than that---probably twice that, if not more.

The link worked! Thanks for sharing, @Lipstickdiva .

"I paid attention to what I ate and how I ate....added moderate exercise"...no secrets there, just common sense. I agree the quality of the food (nutrient dense) and when I eat determines my weight/health. Kudos for her going public, it is always motivational to hear someone who has been successful. We know what to do, action is the magic word.

Thank you @Lipstickdiva . Yes, Leah posted a shorter version of this yesterday on her FB page. QVC posted the entire video (your link) on their Instagram pages yesterday as well.
I was hoping all the forum posters who stood firm that Leah couldn't possibly been telling the truth all the while (moving more and eating less) would finally believe her.

@Caaareful Shopper I certainly agree with you as I have thought this all along. But guarantee the posters that doubted her will not believe it and be just as vocal about it.

You know there are naysayers who will never believe her.
Generally the same ones who insist that hosts lie about why they left QVC.
