I must be in the minority. I can't watch Kim...with any host. She's too loud and over the top for me.

I like Kim and also CK. But something that has bothered me for a while is when Kim says "Oh Lord" and she says it quite often. I wonder why they let her say that on air? Is it just me?  Go ahead, let me have it....LOL!

Why such harsh disdain for "Court"?

I have absolutely no problem believing that compensation at QVC/Qurate is much, much, much more favorable than at a very local network anchor desk.  If you're not going to make it to the network,  QVC probably pays enormously more.

Good for Courtney for pursuing her dream!

Many, many a QVC and HSN host began their careers at local television stations.

@Peggs   Since there are quite a few QVC hosts that used to be news anchors or held other on air positions in local news, I would assume the pay and total compensation is much better at QVC.  Why wouldn't she want the job?  She already had the experience of being in front of the camera, and apparently QVC liked what they saw.  Makes perfect sense.
