Both my grandmother and father had commercial greenhouses, raising thousands of plants each year for both farms and home gardens. This is the time of year that people begin planning the gardens and planting. In many cases, flower sthat will be shipping out later this year for planting need to be started, so this is the time to make the sales and have the seeds sown by the vendors.
In any case, one can always change the channel if they wish to view something else.
My local nursery is has already started their daily facebook planting and gardening news/info/updates. I'm fortunate to live near this incredible nursery that does all their own cultivation and ships all over the country to other nurseries. They have incredible plants and I do all my buying from them. Their prices for everything else though is such that I get my ideas from them and do my buying elsewhere.
As someone else said, QVC is competing with the catalogue companies. Plus, even though I can't get outside and plant, I'm already looking for ideas, so I'm enjoying this programming.

It's NOT too soon. It's not too soon. It's perfect timing to see, to plan, to order even for later shipoments. Gardeners have done that for decades!
It'S NOT TOO SOON FOR GARDEN - ALL DAY ALL WEEK IF THEY'D LIKE!
I'm so over watching coats and heavy scarves and bulky sweaters. The only good for me when QVC is showing that is how much money I save. I live my life in temperatures pretty much above 65. Makes it perfecgt to plant all year long!
No, it's not too soon and it's also not too much!

It's not too soon. It is too much... or it will be by the time they wrap up the plant shows a month or so down the line. Let's face it, because of their limited branding, QVC doesn't know the meaning of moderation... except, of course, on these boards.

It might get old, but doesn't change the fact that it's true! It's not any older than folks complaining about the programming because it's something they don't like.
Amen.
There are a lot of things you have no control over in life. You have no control over QVC programming. You have absolute control over what you watch on TV.

I like to watch & plan w/the gardening shows, however QVC does what it does best====grabs hold of programming & beats it into the ground.

Sure it is... way older...
Complaints about the lack of variety and repetition in programming have become virtually epidemic, and will likely stay so, hoping the Q bosses realize a significant portion of their customer base would like to see some changes. On the other hand, most of us mastered use of the remote long ago. We had to.
