QVC has great customer service. I ordered the KitchenAid 6 qt mixer with the glass bowl. When I received the product the bowl was cracked at the top. I didn't want to send the mixer back so I called KitchenAid and the produce was so new they didn't have any bowls available. I sent QVC an email explaining the bowl was cracked. Well they responded within a few hours and stated they would see if a replacement bowl was available. They told me they would ship the bowl within 7 days if it was available, if it was not they would call me on the 7th day. I am happy to say that on the 8th day I received my new bowl and was able to have MY present in time for Christmas. QVC was able to do what the manufacture couldn't do. Now that is REALLY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
