GETTING VERY FED UP WITH THIS WEBSITE

I don't know what QVC has done to change their website, but everytime I try to post a review or look at my order status, I am directed to a page that says "Ooops - we are unable to process your request at this time". I'm sure there have already been some threads on this problem, but I am just bringing it up AGAIN.
