Not unless it was defective.  It's the same as any other item.

You will pay shipping to send the product back and you will not get refunded for the original cost to ship it to you.

Seriously?  I'm just speculating here, but I doubt many retailers would ever do that with makeup products.   

Doing so would only encourage consumers to buy things they'd like to sample, try it, send it back and

request a full refund.

The retailer is left with massive amounts used makeup they can't sell as new, and those customers are out absolutely no money. 

Would you want to own stock in a company that did something so stupid?   I wouldn't.
