Frustrated with customer service.

In November, QVC sold a Samsung smart phone with the plan through BoostMobile. The monthly plan was $50.00-a-month, but they advertised that after 6 months of paying on-time, the monthly bill would drop to $35.00.

I bought one for my granddaughter's Christmas present and have always paid on-time, as I have it automatically deducted from my account. I am past the 6 months, but my bill has not been reduced, as advertised.

I cannot get a live person on the Boost Mobile phone number--only automated questions, to which I can respond to pushing the appropriate number. Trouble is, none of their automated questions suit my needs........and they only lead to more automated responses, anyway. No possibility of getting a live person. I went to their website and contacted them that way. Though they guarantee a response within 24 hours, I never received one.

A week ago, I finally called Customer Service at QVC. They sold the phone, they advertised the drop in rates as a sales tactic, they should help. The CS rep said, "No, sorry. I can't even you give you a number to call with Boost Mobile, because we have no contact information."

So, what do I see this morning on QVC? They are selling another phone through Boost Mobile, advertising that your rates will drop after you stay on the plan. So I call QVC CS again.....surely they have some contact info for a product they are selling at that very minute. No, the CS rep tells me--we have no contact numbers for them.

I think it's irresponsible and very shady for QVC to advertise the drop in rates, then do nothing about it when that drop doesn't occur. I know QVC can't lower my price, but they should back me up and at the very least give me a working phone number to the company in question.
