The Yay...shows are to much...to much jabber, to much enthusiasm, to fake in my opinion. I just don't watch. The 'noise' of the show just sends me up the wall.

Not all shows appeal to all people. Same with regular TV programming.
Why would anyone continue to watch, or buy anything from a company whose sales tactics cause such angst?
@mom2four0418 The same reason you read and responded to this post. It's called human nature. Oh, and the fact that this is a discussion board and the OP wants to discuss it.

All caps is screaming not capitalizing the first letter of each word. Though, I don't use it, I don't mind it unless it's directed at me.
Adding "yay" to the end of a word makes me stabbyay.

Most of us are retired or semi-retired. For that group, Friday is the same as every other day. In fact, during lockdown, I didn't know what day it was.
Those still in the work place probably find it just obnoxious.

@LindaSal , But, seriously, you can't hear them .
@QVCkitty1 So all my thread titles are screaming? I thought caps were also for emphasis or to get attention to a word or phrase.
@Shanus , Really, I,ve never understood why posters get upset over virtual yelling.
❓
Because outside of the bubble surrounding this forum, the rest of the world is encouraged to observe netiquette when online.
If this is all you see @QVCkitty1 , it'd be less likely to bother you than if you read at more tightly regulated sites online. Some places won't tolerate it. It's akin to bad manners, like putting your feet up on the dining table while you're someone's dinner guest.
@Shanus, apples & oranges again. The conflict's not about titles or singling one thing out for emphasis.
Netiquette discourages posting in all caps, all bold, huge letters, scary bright red, and others things that actually make reading more difficult for the general public, not less.

So they have something to complain about to everyone and maybe they think we care.
