Agreed. Started to hear Courtney wax poetic about it last night (I realize, girl's just earning her paycheck but..)...turned it right off. Read a book.

Can't stand it all...doesn't make we excited to buy anything, and I'm not alone. So...it's time they rethink all their silly sales strategy, if you ask me.

Oh wait...here's a novel idea! Tell us about the products! Muster up some legit enthusiasm for the product and in normal terms let us know why we might be too.

Tell us about sizing on clothes in ways we really might be helped and understand. Inform us, cut the dramatics. I buy online. Hardly ever watch, if I do, it's on mute, and I'm doing other things. I see something that interests me I go online and TRY to find the info I need there..sometimes....I even find it.
