Frequently -- Auto Delivery shipment not in stock??? Then don't promise.

On several occasions my auto-delivery shipments are not in stock and I have to wait for them. As of yesterday, the Josie Maran AD was to ship May 5 and when I looked today it was changed to the 20th. Called CS who said they didn't know why.

The point is....since this happens frequently with ADs in my experience....it is FALSE advertising to SELL auto-deliveries based on the fact that they will always be available.

And since the Q KNOWS this happens, they should not sell products based on this false claim.

To top it off, the products ARE available individually NOW. So why isn't the promised AD??

Bad QVC.
