I sure hope so.  I have a list of things I like but don't want to pay shipping especially when item is under $20!

I wouldn’t mind shipping if I paid only $3.50, but shipping to my U.S. state is always at least $10-$12 per item! Ridiculous!

I need free shipping if I’m going to buy from QVC.
