Despite the generally bad reviews for the Forever Free Facial Trimmer - V28374 - I ordered this. It came today and it was an obvious return. The brown shipping envelope had been torn open at the top and was now closed with shipping tape. The trimmer was totally broken...bent and with pieces literally falling off. It is clear that someone returned it (possibly because it fell apart on them, as many reviewers said happened). And it was not checked out but just simply sent back out to an unspecting customer...me. And when I called CS to complain they told me to send it back at my expense and then call them once received by QVC to work out a return shipping amount to be credited to me.

I'm furious - and now will never order a not-new item. There is obviously no quality control on returns.
