I purchased the flex belt and have had it charge successfully several times but now the part that goes into the charger will not go in, has anyone else had this issue?

@pooch6 I do not have this item, but if you purchased it less than 30 days ago I would return it.

@DJs mom @pooch6 if it was the recent tsv you purchased, they were giving us 60 days to return it, That's why I bought it, I figure I'll see if it helps [even a little!] with that kind of timeframe.
