Fix the " Watch QVC Live" & other web problems

I'm not sure who was in charge of the changes with the website...but it's now just a joke. The QVC live loads and reloads every 3 minutes or so ( and it's not my cable connection..it's been checked). I don't own a TV and don't want one so you think they're streaming live would be better....I don't have issues with other shopping channels or websites. When something is showing live the item next to it doesn't match what's being shown on the air. Gosh...half the time the color selection button doesn't work on certain items. The list goes on and on and on.....they should fire the person in charge of this website.
