What bothers me is that I wish they would do multiple items in a box and only do one shipping charge. I ordered a wreaths nd air fresheners and on seperate orders. They came in one box but I paid two shipping charges. Handling is another charge but they shouldn’t charge two shipping charges.
See, this is the fly in the ointment. One box only works if there's one charge... If they're going to charge for every item then, aside from minimizing the potential waste, they're the only one's that benefit by using only one box.

Thats what irks me too....if QVC is saving on shipping costs by packaging everything in one box, it seems the customer should save too..............![]()
That goes to how you that the Q is trying to make money on their shipping instead of relying on merchandise sales.......If that doesn't show how they are grasping at straws to make a buck these days as revenues decline.........

I have had this same issue lately myself. I received a box with clothes and shoes and Valerie items all on different orders but only one order form and one box! QVC is trying to save money on their shipping but we are still paying for each items shipping fees! Then you only have one box to return items and a crazy order form!

@classicwrote:I don't know if there was a post before about multiple items being shipped in one box; sorry if it's a duplicate ...
I'm so annoyed.!!!! One of VPH item was defective; another item I'm not sure yet if I want to keep it ( have my 30 days to decide ); problem being is I cannot send the defective item back right away bc there is one return label.. So if I use it for the defective item & later decide to return my unsure purchase I would need another label..
So, I called customer service right away & then they transferred me to their label department ( never knew they had one ).. I explained my situation & the gentleman emailed me a return label for the item in question while I was on the phone; I go to look & it's just a label & no bottom ticket for reason for the return... Well, now he has to mail me a return label as if the package was sent separately..
What a waste of my time & QVC is being counter-productive .... I cannot ship out the item & get my refund quickly bc I now have to wait for the label.. If I order something & it's broken or defective I like to get it off my card ASAP.. Urrr!!! .. QVC is changing, not for the better; & it's sad bc I've always loved shopping with QVC....
Again, so sorry if it's a duplicate; I just need to vent about their shipping practice ..
@classic. Ya think?

ha @Annabellethecat66 I hear you about the Chewy's box! I ordered 40 lbs of cat litter plus some cat food and almost hurt myself picking up the box to get it into the house. I should have just opened the box on the porch and hauled the kitty litter bag in separately.
Actually I don't mind things being shipped together since it does reduce the amount of boxes coming to the house and having to go into the recycle bin.

@GinaV24 OMG! Just today I opened my garage door to a huge (and very, very heavy) box from Chewy!
I had to drag it out of the way in order to get my car out of the garage.
It was unbelievably heavy, but that's OK, I understand it was free shipping (for me) and they were saving money. No problem.
I pulled it out of the way and when I got home I took some of the cat food out of it and left the rest in the garage.
I'll eventually take some out each day. I can't imagine what it would have cost if I'd have had to pay shipping.
Just this week I shipped the recent QVC air fryer to my daughter in Denver in the same box (never opened) .
It cost me exactly $40 to ship that box to her. Thank goodness I am pretty sure it was free shipping, can't remember, just know for me it was $40!!!
My theory is someone has to cover the cost of so many of these companies shipping for free. I guess that's where poor Annabelle comes into play.
I've give the US Post Office so much money in shipping costs I've long ago stopped trying to keep track of it.

I had the reverse problem. I ordered one Breezy bra and it came in a very large box something you would put a computer desk in or something like that. It was very light felt like a empty box. The bra was folded up all by itself on the bottom. Oh yes, it was marked fragile. What a laugh we had from that one.![]()

I like items shipped in one box. I ordered 2 pair of Sketchers on the same order. One pair shipped and the other is still in process. Wish we still got the discount on second item. HSN does it--even when the shipping is $3.00--second item is $1.50.

@Annabellethecat66Why didn't you have QVC ship it directly to her?
