One of my coworkers has a standing desk with a treadmill. She walks on it every day in whatever shoes she's wearing that day. Today it happens to be a cute pair of suede loafers.

I am with you on this one @rms1954 I’m having a hard time believing it too. It isn’t safe, and that is why there are probably only two people (mentioned here) in the US that walk on a treadmill in heels, and loafers.

Of course, you can do it if they allow it, but I wouldn’t chance it.

When a host is going to present a treadmill, they should be wearing the proper footwear.

Didn't see it, but sounds silly and kind of dangerous. The way the hosts slip in and out of clothing constantly it doesn't seem that hard to change into a pair of slip on sneakers.
