I received a letter in the mail from QVC thanking me for being a loyal customer and as a token of appreciation, they placed a $50 credit in my QVC account. The letter was signed by Mike Fitzharris, President of QVC US. I got the impression from the letter that they realize that customers are becoming disillusioned and unhappy. Let's hope that they continue to listen to us and go back to a company that really offers Quality, Value and Convenience.

Wow! That is a great surprise!
I spent a LOT of money with the Q back in the day. Never received anything in appreciation except an easy pay offer.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I wonder if there are any types of restrictions.
Seems very generous for a company in extreme dire straits.

@Whitney400 HOW NICE! I have been a customer from DAY ONE ... and I received NOTHING! I have a Q card as well. NOPE ... nothing nothing nothing.
The only thing I have ever received is an extra Easy Pay... I have never and will never use EP. Can't they see that? I would take a free shipping!

There's actually a Science to it, from statistics and marketing psychology.
Not just high spenders, not just recent spenders, not just low spenders . . . a statistical formula pulls out a variety of customers to reward.
I've received various rewards, never all the ones others describe (mugs, cards, recently cookies from David's).

Never received anything but bills for my many purchases. Oh well.
At least I do get coupons from HSN.

I would even settle for a letter for all the years of shopping/loyalty without an amount credited to my account.
