i ordered the Logo TSV on 12/28 with an EDD of 1/5.  It was shipped via FedEx Smartpost and tracking shows label was sent on 12/31 yet there has been no movement at all.  Have you experienced any problems with FedEx deliveries?  I'm getting concerned about receiving my package.

I had an AD order on 12/25 that was sent that way.  It arrived yesterday - the EDD had been 1/6/16.  Usually I get packages much faster, but maybe with the Christmas craziness, this is what happened.

Your order was 6 days behind mine, so maybe it will show up this week although I have never ordered Logo so I have no idea wheyher their items come from QVC or directly from Logo.

For comparison, I ordered the Perricone TSV on 12/28 and that came earlier - but I'd have to look to see which shipper was used.  I just remember the 2 items started in different states even though they were both Perricone.

I'd probably call QVC CS in three or four days -  but I have to admit I'm way more patient than some - most of the time.

I hate that shipping method.  I ordered a gift from Vera Bradly 12/4.  Shipped the next day and sat at FedEx for five days.  Eventually the post office delivered it 12/17.  It would have been better just to mail it.  The mail moves on weekends.  Fedex does not.  I complained not that it will do anygood.  The only one who makes out is the vendor.  Somehow they must save money but it is a pain for the customer.

With Fed Ex Smartpost, they deliver it to your local post office and they deliver it to your home.  I don't like it.  I rather have the choice like we did before.

I received an email saying that they would look into this but I have not heard anything further.  I did notice the package has moved to the next step.

Re: FedEx Smartpost

[ Edited ]

Smart Post is awful----it's like the pony express. Anything I've ever ordered that has gotten "lost in the mail" and I never received had been shipped this way.  I recently had a Dennis Basso skirt never arrive.  Unfotunately it was sold out at that point.  Too many hands in the pot with Smart post.

I've had some bad experiences with Fed Ex and Fed Ex Smartpost. First the package only stands a 50/50 chance of being delievered to me. Our house numbers do run in order and our packages get delivered to the incorrect homes. Yes, I have my house number llisted in three places. Some neighbors are honest and some are not. All I got was finger pointing between FedEx and the retailers for these situations.

Yesterday I came home to find that my package (a purse) was shoved inside my mailbox with the end of the box hanging out of the open mailbox. REALLY!!! (I have an oversized mailbox) My neighbor had the same thing with her package and she has the traditional size mailbox. Can you say-----STEAL ME???

I'm at the point where I don't purchase if it is coming via this carrier unless I cannot find the item elsewhere. I have spent hours on the phone going up and down the line filing complaints and trying to resolve/retrive my purchases..  Ignoring the expense of shipping......the delivery service and customer support for these situations is at the bottom.  It's terrible!
