I agree. switching to FedEx Smart Post was NOT a good move. My order has been stuck for three days is Odessa MO.

I ordered two items on Saturday and was surprised to see the Fed Ex Smartpost tracking. What a huge disappointment. I will definitely be thinking twice about ordering from QVC in the future. This is a deal breaker. My packages have been in limbo for 3 days.
