Recently on a Sunday ITKWD a special of combo popcorn. I ordered it was shipped so I was told. And tracking never moved and today I am told weather.
Did anyone else order it was Jan 23. I am told to call back Feb 5th and be refunded if I don’t get it. I believe I won’t for some reason. Now it’s on waitlist. How do you grow corn in the winter anyway?

Don't know where you live, but the weather (snow) is very bad in that area and going East. That is probably why the slow shipping.

@Kindaglitzy - It may ease your mind a bit to know that the Q only ships food items on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, so there's still a chance your order will be processed soon (if it hasn't been already) and make its EDD. Fingers crossed for you!

OMG! I have Farmer Jon's popcorn (the little mini bags) coming out of my ears (so to speak).
This was one of those times when every time it was presented I ended up buying it. You wouldn't believe all of those mini bags I've received!
Maybe that's what happened to your popcorn! People like me went bonkers ordering it! I've given these mini-bags to people at the bank, neighbors, friends, my daughter (she said "Mom! Enough with the popcorn".
Extra butter, movie popcorn, light popcorn, you name it!
Normally, I buy the big bags already popped, but they kept presenting it and I kept buying it!
It's OK, but not as good (to me anyway) as the one that's already popped.

Same problem here! In fact, I just emailed QVC. This is not an urgent item but....I ordered on ITKWD on 1/20/19.....vendor said "we will ship tomorrow" (sure).....estimated delivery....1/24/19.....fine.....now....no popcorn and tracking shows no information! I live in Chicago and weather has been bad....worse tomorrow....but supposedly UPS handed this off to USPS....they have been delivering my mail but no popcorn.
Again, I understand the weather situation but we have had some clear days for delivery.

@blackhole99 - If you used the QVC return label, it will actually be a separate agent arranged by the company Newgistics who picks up your order from the post office. You can try checking the Newgistics website to see if any further tracking details are available; you will typically find at least one or two updates along the way back to the Q even if you don't get tracking that is as detailed as what you may be used to with the major couriers. ETA: There is no slower shipping than QVC return shipping, so your willingness to be patient with updates should serve you well. Good luck!

EvOm.......FYI .....I just received a response to my email about this matter. They are going to issue me a refund. Fine with me ....I just wanted to see if they could find out status of delivery. I'll take their refund. Send an email.

I heard on the national news tonight that even the post office will not be making deliveries tomorrow in several of the states severely affected by the cold temps. Too cold for carriers to be outside.
