I have been meaning to post this. I use the TOP CASH App ,It's like E-Bates and Mr Rebates..BUT it's been offering 10% Cash back for weeks now..for QVC and 5% for HSN..So Happy Shopping

I rarely even use mr rebates or rakuten now after finding topcashback. I'm always surprised more people here don't use it.
