I just saw that! Thanks for posting! At least the Q, HSN and ShopLC have reasonable shipping charges!!! Evine and JTV don't. Only sometimes free ship on JTV and Evine will lower shipping charges on clearance items. Also JTV taxes certain states and unfortunately, I'm one of them, so an item on sale with shipping charges plus the tax really kills it for me!

Whoa! I never heard of Top Cash. If it's similar to Mr. Rebates I need to check it out.
