QVC Do you realize that we Customers that have been with you for years have kept this Company going??  YET, You are giving free shipping to new Customers for 15 orders till end of January?  

I will order nothing else from you unless you make this right.    NEW CUSTOMERS  MOST LIKELY WON'T STAY WITH QVC.  Your long time Customers are the ones keeping this Company going.  This is a bad decision.  Shame on whoever thought this was a good idea.

It's especially galling that they do this NOW, during the upcoming Christmas shopping season..

Like saying "we'll give NEW customers great deals and no shipping while the loyal shoppers can spend 5.50+on every purchase.....just like they always have to...."

O well....hope it gets them a boat load of new customers....I think a lot of OLD customers will be P-Oed.

If the OLD customer buys 15 gifts with 5.50 shipping, they pay @83.00 more. That could be one gift for some people(or more).

Not too bright.

Thank goodness there are lots of other places to shop who do have free shipping and a lot faster shipping times too. And easier returns. And more selection.

There's already been at least a hundred posts on this. I wonder, so many have said they will no longer shop with QVC. I know I cannot say that because I know me, I will shop but I will definitely be more selective. I really would love to know their sales next month. How many purchases from repeat buyers vs. new ones.

I won't watch their channel...so I won't be tempted to buy...

I think I've had enough with the screeching hosts and poor quality lately and this is the nail in the coffin,,,

@cjm61   I can tell you that I mean what I say.  I am done if they follow through with this and give us nothing.  They do more free shipping at this time of the year.  That means that they can actually make more then 15 purchases with free shipping.  Like someone else said there are many places to shop with free shipping.  Add to that you get your Merch a lot faster.

THINK ABOUT THIS:   IF THEY ORDER 15 ITEMS AT 3.50 A PIECE  THAT IS $56.00 savings.

Then if they order things that are $5.50   that is $88.00   

If they order some at $7.50  add that on.   Sorry I think QVC is really ignorant doing this to it's long time Customers.

Once new customers experience slow order processing and returns, backorders with availability issues and goofy acting hosts I'm thinking you're right on.

      When I heard that offer for new customers, I thought...well,  you just sc**wed all your long time, loyal customers.  Very poor decision!!

       I have been with the Q for many years; my first purchase was from Judy Crowell.  Have spent big buck at Q all these years.  I rarely watch the channel now, but but will definitely be looking at other retail stores from now on....
