Think about the logistics of moving a pkg from PA to either Alaska and Hawaii.  You can't expect the same pricing as domestic US.  Also UPS/USPS share smart post over continental US.  Doesn't include offshore states.

I ordered (1) Susan Graver top and (1) Isaac top May 25. It still is in Process. Everytime I call CS I get a completely different answer. I really would like these tops, so I don't want to cancel, but this is ridiculous.
