Exchanged 3 items, received only 1

I ordered 3 pair of pants that were a buy and save TSV deal. I sent them back for a smaller size, and received only 1. The other 2 pair were in stock when I called customer service to ask when they will be shipped. The response was that they werent coming, and were cancelled. It took 12 days to recieve the first order, 11 to receive the 1 pair back, 5 more days before I called (with no e-mail cancel info from QVC) and if I wanted the other 2 pair, it would be treated as a new order and another 2 weeks to receive them!!!!! I kept the 1 pair (which I loved) and want the other 2 badly, but I am so angry and disappointed at CS and QVC. The only satisfaction I got was a refund on the return exchange shipping label, but I want more. Please listen up, QVC and realize that me, the loyal customer has been disrespected and the return order mixup was not my fault, and i was told I would have to pay again! I was refunded for the 2 pair, but where is the satisfaction? I want my pants!!!!!
