I've been receiving emails from QVC. Years ago I was able to stop receiving them. 
'I don't remember how. Can someone help? If I remember it was pretty simple.

Go to your Account, under Settings is Email Preferences, change to Off.

I use Outlook.    It has a "block" option.

I had to stop Q emails as well.  They were on overload.  Worse than any company I have ever dealt with. I didn't think QVC. Has any idea what the company, or companies they hires to do this are doing. Or, they do and don't care.  It's like overload.  Who in their right mind sends over 20:emails a day.   It was awful

I have never signed up for their emails and my settings have always had that option as off.

I started receiving one a day a week ago. 

 

When I clicked on unsubscribe, it said sorry, not working, try again or call customer service and gives the number to call.

So convenient for  them for the unsubscribe to not be working!

So after trying several times, I called customer service, and she said she had unsubscribed me and that it would take a few days.

Since I called I am now getting 2-3  emails a day instead of the one!

 

I will wait a few days and then email the social team but they may not be able to do anything.

Another wonderful QVC glitch that no other company has!

It really seems the problems here just keep getting worse.

I called again today and the rep said if not cleared up in 10 days call again and she will send it up to "upper management." Fingers crossed!
