I think they are using sales numbers.  Only.  I've noticed Gabrielle is never on main channel.  And Shawn has been given two extended leaves for family reasons.  No one else gets away with that.  Not saying she shouldn't have gotten the leaves, but no one else seems to get them.  Her numbers must be fantastic. 

P.S. I love Elise.

I sure hope the updated Program Guide is correct -- they have Elise working on Monday & Tuesday, and the following week as well.  She is a great host, one of QVC's best!

I didn't even watch the Beauty Channel that much, but I have seen her shows on Q2 a lot, and notice how she has grown into her job along the best of them.
