I have not had to return anything in quite a while. As a result, I have not paid attention to discussions about returns and what process still is in place.
@KailaS I tried to use it yesterday, and it didn't work for me. I went on the chat live, and they told me they were having technical problems. I just did a regular return, available on my order. I really like Easy Returns, so I hope it is available for me next time.

Include in your email: The order number(s), item number(s), item description(s), price (each), and the quantity you are returning. The original shipping fees are deducted along with the cost of the Q Return Label. If your return is due to a QVC error, item defect(s), or request for exchange/replacement, there's no charge to you for using the Q Return Label.
Tell us if you would like to receive an exchange or refund. Return your package back to QVC using the Q Return Label with selected carrier of your choice.
An immediate refund or exchange will be completed.
The amount of the refund will include return label fee costs, if applicable.
For exchange orders, we will send a shipping confirmation email to you.
Can I return multiple items with one return label?
Yes, you can return more than one item at a time. Make sure the contents of your return include the pack slips with the reason for return checked. Also include each item in your email sent toQVCEasyReturns@QVC.com.
How can I check the status of my return?

@KailaS , I hadn't used Easy Returns in a good while either but did so several days ago. I sent an email to QVC Easy Returns on 8/22 for two different orders that I had to return. I received emails back from them on 8/26 and 8/29 stating they had processed my refunds. Just thought this would give you an idea on how long it might take to hear back from them at this time.
