What happened to all the nice customer service agents at QVC? Unfortunately, I went over my limit & QVC failed to notify me by email. In the meantime, I paid my Q card bill in full, but for some reason QVC won't update my available balance. Add to that, dealing with 2 agents by phone who were rude & apparently from another galaxy, I am furious.
Today, I tried to make the 2 easy pay payments from another card because apparently my Q card no longer works even though paid off in full & easy pay did not update & show the payments made. What happened to customer service at QVC?

That's a credit card issue not QVC. You should probaly contact the bank that holds the card. I have never been informed when I am over my limit (which happens quite often) by email. It will show on your bill.

You need to contact Synchrony Bank as that is the bank QVC's card is through.

You need to call Synchrony Bank. QVC doesn't handle your credit card.

@bestday It's up to you to keep track of your limit.
As others have posted this is an issue with the bank that issued the card, not QVC. Call the bank.

For the first time I have a problem with QVC. I bought Slatkins plug ins. The box came covered with the product.it reaked with odor. I called and they gave me a refund which was for easy pay. My statement says I payed in full. I only use easy pay on a large price item. I am so disappointed with QVC.

Although I haven't hit the problem at QVC, I have had it at 2 different financial companies and even from my tech security company just within the past 3 weeks. Beyond frustrating.
I don't mind trying to solve my issues first online and I can do most, but there are times my skills just aren't all that up to date. Sad to say, I often wonder if they ever will be!

I like HSN. CS very nice and orders shipped in a timely matter, usually in 2 days.
The Q has hired new people and some are nice and some not.

Thanks for al the info regarding my responsibility to manage Easy Pay & to contact the bank, not QVC. I plan to do that regarding my credit limit not being updated, however, it is not the bank's responsibility to contact me when my balance is low because I signed up to be contacted by QVC when I set it up & it is not the bank rejecting my effort to bring the missing Easy Pay payments current by using another card.
