That's not good that the website is having issues.  Automated ordering is another option.  You can enter the item number.

"Maintenance" does not necessarily mean "scheduled."  Whenecer one runs into technial difficulties, "maintieneace" is required to resolve it.  Do not assume that IT scheduled this, and do not assume that others are "idiots" because you do not understand a term.

I had to call customer service in order to get my 4 easy pays. It did not show when you went to check out. Who does maintenance when they have offered 4 easy pays on every item for only 4 hours. Very poor decison!!!!

Saw it, I had to call my order in due to whatever systems issues they are having.  I did not trust that I would get the 4 easy pays if I ordered online.  Since I'd be ordering blind.  I got marine blue Dreamjeannes for spring.  I was drooling over that pretty blue in the DG skinny jeans.  I donn't wear skinny jeans.  The 4 easy pays came in handy, perfect timimg.  I wouldn't have paid full price for jeans I won't wear until May.
