Easy Pay Question

In all the years I've watched and ordered and have used easy pay I've never paid attention to the actuall billing date each month. My daughter just used easy pay for the first time and asked me if you are billed the exact same day each month that you place the order or does go every 28 days or what? If she ordered on Dec. 20th would she be billed again Jan.20 or what?

If anyone would know I would appreciate a response. TIA!
