They should include a small yellow (any color) sticker that we can apply to the outer label that says "exchange" on it. And it should go to a separate station in the returns department.

Do you know how easy HSN exchanges are? On each order summary in your account, on the right, where it says “Track Order”, it also says “Exchange Item”.When you click on it, it opens to a picture of the item, with all the possibilities for exchange. Edit it, & send it back with their label. They will send out replacement immediately, & will not bill you for it unless you don’t return either one. Works great. ( I hope the poster who thinks this is a bad idea doesn’t horn in here.)

Everyone...I want to let you know HOW HELPFUL Beth was...if you need to exchange something....get ahold of her....See below in one of the messages. She walked me through it and is sending me out the exchange and I am returning my wrong size and it is all taken care of ....easy peasy!! THANK YOU BETH QVC!!!!!!
They are working on fixing it...they have an automated warehouse that doesn't know a return from an exchange...I guess they need a different label.

I'm worried about the shoes that I returned for an exchange. I do hope they exchange them for me. I did call customer service before returning them to have them make a notation on my account.
If they have an automated warehouse that doesn't know a return from an exchange they need to quit offering that as an option. The hosts definitely need to quit talking about the free exchanges if they don't exist or are this much trouble.
