I recently ordered a basic shirt from Susan Graver in 6 colors in my normal “Susan Graver Size”.  I was upset when i received them to find out that they are smaller than normal and thus i need a bigger size.  I called customer service to see if they would send out the larger size and they won’t until they have the original back.  I asked if they could go ahead and charge me for the new one and I could get the refund when I send back the original.  She said i would be charged the extra shipping.  I don’t understand why they couldn’t do it.  I think she just didn’t want to help me.  

 

So now i wait and i see the size that i need selling out in 3 colors.  

 

Maybe i will just return them all.  The sizing is bad and the highly-touted exchange policy is bad and customer service was of no help to me.  And yet i will be out a lot of money for shipping when i tried to do everything right.

This happened to me, and I was told it was a glitch in their system.  To anyone sending anything back ... call ahead and have them "put a note" in their computer to not credit your account, but to do an actual exchange~!

Oh no! I may be exchanging something for a different color. This is what I am going to go through. I don’t buy much anymore because of all the problems. It’s time for change.

I haven't attempted to do an exchange in many years.  The times I did years ago, even though I filled out the return form for an exchange, I always got a credit and never the item I requested.   I am skeptical now when they say you can get an exchange for free.
