I agree. It's over the top, I think something has to be awry, in the settings. 

I can't imagine any company, having a pop up set this way, it's ridiculous, but, it should be corrected.

@bayflwc   I totally agree. Sometimes menus across the top are blocked unless you close these obnoxious pop ups. 

Bigger issue: Do you think they're really reading these complaints?
