Call QVC and get the tracking number and find out how it was sent out.. I am not a "QVC cheerleader" but, once QVC sent it out you have to call your carrier with the tracking number to find out what happened to it. I signed on with QVC for e-mail alerts and they send me a email when my item was sent out and how it was sent out. Good luck to you!
