E-mailing Hosts?

I recently e-mailed a very complimentary letter to Mary Beth Roe. Most of it was positive and upbeat - mentioned that she comes across as a very sincere and wonderful woman. However, I couldn't help but mention that the overuse of "literally" was difficult to listen to and many times need to tune out. Do any of you every e-mail and get responses? Just wondering?
