Dweck Shipped in Verragio Box

I just received a pair of Dweck Diamond Earrings (on clearance, but NOT last clicks). They were shipped in a Verragio box and pouch. The romance card was correct and so were the earrings, but, really?!?!? Talk about customer service going down hill! What if I were giving these as a gift? How would I explain that one? YIKES!!
