Duraflame TSV packaging

Sigh. My mom ordered 2 cranberry Duraflame heaters that were a TSV - one for her house, one for mine. We've tracked them and ONE was delivered Monday - with the box severely damaged. It says BOTH were delivered but only one was. Very upset that I have to call UPS for yet another severely damaged item from QVC. 5th item since May!

I feel as if things sent from the Q warehouse are not packaged properly, and do not survive UPS ground. This summer I had a tv left outside in the rain, plus a box of Mally that was completely open and outside on my driveway in the rain. I also had a led globe sent to me in a box that you'd see on a store shelf, with NO tape on it.

Has anyone received their Duraflame with the box banged up? They had to have dropped it hard core because it has 3 substantial dents in it, and the box looks like a huge animal ate it for lunch. Only black left now... {#emotions_dlg.crying}
