I recently upgraded my cable boxes and I get Q2 on channel 391 and Q3 on channel 507 on Comcast.

We changed from Spectrum cable to Direct TV streaming and all three Q channels are there. I rarely watch Q3 since i thought it was all repeat segments and Q2 didn't begin new shows until 11, unless that's changed....I'm down to jewelry and makeup shows and most of those are on mute. Lol

I also have Xfinity and I have Q, Q2 & Q3 all in HD with my package. I suggest you call Xfinity and see what package these channels are included.

If you log intoyour Xfinity account there is a channel guide somewhere on there so you can find the number.

Or do like I do, ask my remote LOL It goes there because I forget the numbers for Q2 and Q3

I have Xfinity and have Q2 on channel 86 and Q3 on channel 87. As long as you have the box that gets streaming, HD,  premium channels, etc you should have these channels. Boxes that dont provide more premium services that were once called Adapter boxes dont have Q2 and Q 3. They do have HSN 2.
