On my laptop, I can find both.  In the upper left corner of the site, I see "Items on Air."  I clicked on that and the items recently on air come up.  If I scroll down to the bottom of the links on the left, there is a box with a link inside that says "Program Guide."  I clicked on that and the program guide comes up.

It's on home page top right next to Search bar (Items on Air). It's no longer in the menu (top left)....

@Pandalady It's not on my MacAir and I tried three different browsers. 

Maybe they are still working on it and will pop up later.

INSANITY!!!! I agree that they went from 1 pull down to  a 4 STEP  process to see the shows!  What are they thinking?  4 steps to get to what was one step.

QVC listen up!  When you are trying to hang on and your demographrics are not the young, click until your finger drops off crowd, GO BACK quickly.  This is way too much work for me.........amazon among many is easy and fast.

On my laptop and I dont see anything on either side on top that takes me to look at past shows.   I dont care for this either

For me, I hit the home page.  To the far left is "watch".  When I hit that all the previous programs come up as well as the program guide.
