I've been ordering from the Q for years, and always took standard shipping. Just once I decided to upgrade to UPS for a Judith Ripka item, fully expecting it to arrive sooner than regular mail, right? NOT! It was actually the LAST item I received out of the four items I purchased that day. It took 10 days! The other items were almost as bad, arriving only a couple of days sooner. The other thing I learned from tracking the UPS order is that "shipped" only means the warehouse has the order - not that it has left the building. It actually sat for days before it did. So they have charged you for it, and the clock is ticking on the return time, even though the item hasn't actually shipped. Nice!
