Does anyone know how to contact Royal Palace rugs?

Gary and Dustin Moskowitz? I contacted CS & they said I'd have to send info to QVC & they could forward my question/request. That seems odd & you'd wonder if it would actually make it to them. I need another scalloped rug I bought about 4 years ago. Maybe they have one somewhere. I tried Googling their info but I'm not sure if it's "them." There's another rug company with their same name but the picture is not them. If you know, would you mind letting me know. Thank you! 😊
