Has anyone else noticed that suddenly almost all of the models, guests and hosts who are shown in close-up on beauty shows seem to now have terrible skin - huge pores, texture, etc.? I don't mean this to be critical of these individuals AT ALL because I don't think it's them and it hasn't been this way until the last few days. I think the Q just has new high definition cameras! They may regret making this change because, speaking for myself, I didn't buy any of the products shown because I thought I'd look like that in person! 🥹

Yes.😊 Like everywhere, they have HD cameras unfortunately!😁 I will NOT judge them harshly because ALL of my flaws show up in a not so flattering way when I am in a HD mirror!😁 I am more forgiving, and would NOT use that as a reason for not purchasing. I look at the colors of the makeup, and listen to the stats regarding coverage, whether it is non-greasy etc...I have an idea of what I would look like, but won't really know until I try it out. That is why I LOVE❤ the 30 day return policy!!🥰
I do however understand your concerns, and am sorry you were disappointed in the show.😊
~~~All we need is LOVE💖
I'm certain QVC the main channel has high definition cameras. But, I think they've always had them. I can't tell anyone looking differently.
They all still look beautiful to me. If you're looking for perfection, you'd probably have to shop some fake AI models on a makeup website.
Personally, I always look better in the mirror without my readers lol! Darn readers show every flaw!
When I first got a new TV years ago it was HD. Got the HD package for it and was amazed at the clarity. Every blemish showed and it took some getting used to. Now Standard Definition show appears blurry and almost unwatchable.
Now I also get 4K and that is amazing.
Funny that you show mention this. I noticed it today and I saw so many wrinkles and sagging skin on the models who, a few weeks ago, looked flawless.
one host who is not too popular amongst us shouldn't do eye make up products.
This evening during Kim Gravel's beauty show, I noticed that the lipstick was outside of the model's lips. I know they do this but the lipstick also looked smeared.
Then another model got a close up of her eyebrows after she applied the eyebrow product. She looked cartoonish and you could see the brows were uneven and looked like marker.
When Mary was applying the concealer, I noticed the product was very caked and thick on her face.
I must agree with you @Cee Cee I was interested in the concealer but because of those close ups and the product looking unnatural on everyone; I didn't order.
Kim was the only one who didn't appear smeared, maybe because she was not in the studio and coming through from Skype or however they do their appearances from out of the studio.
Holy Smokes some of you need to look in a magnifying mirror before and after applying makeup.
