Do you accept this sort of shopping experience at brick and mortar stores?

I ask this question in all sincerity, sans sarcasm or personal opinion. I have been reading your posts over the last few months, and have seen the myriad of complaints concerning decline in quality of both merchandise and customer service. Many of you have received either obviously used (beyond being tried on and rejected) items and/or empty packages. Complaining about exorbitant shipping charges and delayed shipping are other common topics among you. Besides warning letters about too many returns, the most recent irritation seems to be the biased disbursement of special Easy Pay offers.

So, Ladies, why are you still doing business with QVC?

Strive for respect instead of attention. It lasts longer.
