So true, Caaareful Shopper, thanks for your response and apology.   Written words can easily be misunderstood.  In fairness to QVC, over the years I have had very few problems.  Maybe that is why I was frustrated....I'm spoiled...ha!  Oh well....new day....life goes on.....put this one behind us.
