Have tried either via phone or email to have the overcharges on my orders shipping charges resolved. This is a problem with your computer system as I can place identical orders and have different shipping charges applied. Why is it so difficult to resolve as every customer service rep. acknowledges that the charges are incorrect. But no resolution. I have physical challenges and most if not all my shopping is done online and a lot from the Q.
Everyone please be aware of the shipping charges, and that the system has major flaws.
