I'm baffled. I had an item on order about a month ago. After about a week, it was suddenly cancelled by the Q and I got a letter saying they did not have the stock to fill the order and could not get any more.
Okay. But the order was still there and occasionally I'd click on the item - you never know, it could come back in stock; stranger things have happened.
Suddenly, today the entire order is gone from my order history! Is this something the Q is doing now to orders that they cancel? Erase any evidence of them ever existing? Has this happened to anyone else? I have a printed copy, but I prefer to check my things online. Weird.
